Dump Cheesy Potato Casserole

1 pound ground beef

2 cans mushrooms -4 oz each (optional)

2 large packages of Augratin Potatoes

4 cups boiling water

1 1/3 cups milk

2 tsp butter

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp seasoned salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 cup shredded colby jack cheese

Cook ground beef in a skilled until no longer pink. Drain. Place ground beef in the bottom of a 9×13 pan lined with parchment paper. Top with mushrooms if you like. Sprinkle the potato packets on top evenly. Then sprinkle the cheese sauce packets over the potatoes evenly. Then put butter on the top. Heat the water in the microwave until boiling. Then pour over the top of the pan. Pour milk evenly over the pan, and sprinkle the seasoned salt and pepper over the top of the pan. Cover with tin foil and bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees. Take out when the oven timer goes off and sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the potatoes evenly. Put back in the oven uncovered for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
